E-Formz — RTGS/NEFT Forms, Auto-Filled

Stop retyping the same beneficiary details on every bank form. Save each beneficiary once, pick them from a searchable dropdown, type the amount and cheque details, and download accurately filled, ready-to-submit RTGS/NEFT application PDFs for every bank account you hold — in one click.

How it works

  1. Save your beneficiaries once. Add them one at a time, or upload a CSV in bulk — name, account number, bank, IFSC, branch, and purpose of remittance.
  2. Add your own bank account(s). Whether you hold one account or several, each gets saved once under Company Profile.
  3. Pick a beneficiary, type the amount. Search and select from the dropdown — bank details fill themselves. Type the amount, cheque number, and date (defaults to today).
  4. Download every form at once. One click generates a correctly filled, submission-ready PDF for every bank account you've added, zipped together.

Banks supported

Each form is rebuilt field-for-field from real bank application forms — not a rough approximation — so what you download matches what your bank branch expects.

Why it's useful

Filling the same RTGS/NEFT form by hand for every payment is slow and error-prone — a mistyped account number or IFSC code can bounce a transfer or send money to the wrong place. E-Formz keeps your beneficiary and bank details saved accurately once, so every form after that is generated from the same trusted data instead of retyped from memory. If you're paying the same suppliers or vendors repeatedly, or you manage payments across more than one of your own bank accounts, it turns a several-minute manual form-filling task into a few clicks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which banks does E-Formz support?

20 banks today, including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Canara, Union Bank, IndusInd, IDBI, Indian Overseas Bank, Yes Bank, DCB, Allahabad Bank, Central Bank of India, Andhra Bank, UCO Bank, SVC Co-operative Bank, Corporation Bank, Dena Bank, and Kotak Mahindra (Demand Draft) — with more being added regularly.

Do I need to type beneficiary details every time?

No. Save each beneficiary once (name, account number, bank, IFSC, branch, purpose) — either one at a time or by uploading a CSV in bulk — then just pick them from a searchable dropdown on every form.

What if I hold accounts at more than one bank?

Add each of your own bank accounts once under Company Profile. E-Formz then generates a correctly filled form for every bank account you've added, in a single ZIP, from one click.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

Beneficiaries and bank accounts are saved to your account so they're available next time you log in, and the PDF itself is generated entirely in your browser.

Do I need an account?

You can open E-Formz and look around without logging in, but saving beneficiaries, bank accounts, and generating forms requires a free account so your data persists between visits.
